I’ve spent over 15 years helping businesses and nonprofits bring their stories to life through branding, photography, and marketing. As the founder of Miele Agency, I combine my background as a headshot photographer, brand strategist, and entrepreneur to give clients a unique edge — blending visuals, strategy, and storytelling into one seamless approach.
I built Miele Agency to be more than a service provider. We’re partners who dig deep, uncover what makes you different, and turn that into strategy and content that actually connect.

Miele means “honey” in Italian — a nod to how we work: intentionally, collaboratively, and with a touch of sweetness. Andrew is a Millersville University graduate with a lifelong passion for storytelling, creativity, and visual content. From making short films with friends in high school to creating projects throughout college and beyond, he has always been driven by the power of media to connect people. Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, Andrew specializes in digital marketing, web design, and online strategy, helping businesses strengthen their brand presence and reach wider audiences. With hands on experience in video , photography, social media management, and web content creation, he is passionate about telling stories that not only inspire but also deliver measurable results.

Why the Bee?
The bee has always been more than a symbol — it's a reflection of how I work, how I lead, and what I believe in.
I’m a mother to three daughters, and originally dreamed of creating something called The Hive — a collaborative, energized hub where creativity buzzes, ideas are nurtured, and every person has a purpose. A place where I could lead with strength and clarity, like a queen bee guiding her swarm, not with ego, but with intention.
While The Hive name was already well-traveled, the heart of that vision remained — and so the bee stayed.
Bees are focused, hardworking, and mission-driven. They build. They pollinate. They nourish. And they do it in community. That’s how I see Miele Agency.
