✦ Event Strategy & Concept Development

We begin with a deep dive into your goals, audience, and brand. Then we build a creative, intentional plan that aligns with your mission and message. Whether it’s intimate or immersive, your event will be tailored from start to finish.

Average Investment: $1,500–$3,000 (one-time strategy + concept package)


✦ Venue Sourcing & Vendor Coordination

We handle the search, negotiation, and communication with venues, caterers, entertainers, designers, photographers, A/V teams, and more. You focus on showing up—we’ll handle the behind-the-scenes.

Average Investment: $1,500–$4,000 (depending on vendor/venue scope)


✦ Branding & Visual Design

From invites to signage to swag—we ensure every touchpoint reflects your brand identity and enhances the guest experience. Need a logo for your event? Interactive stations? We’ve got you.

Average Investment: $1,200–$3,500 (design and production support; printing/swag costs billed separately)


✦ Content Creation & Promotion

We generate buzz before, during, and after your event with email campaigns, branded social content, media outreach, and onsite photo/video coverage.

Average Investment: $2,000–$5,000 (includes campaign development and content assets; ad spend not included)


✦ Onsite Management

Our team will be there to make sure everything runs smoothly: timelines, cues, vendor logistics, and last-minute surprises. You can actually enjoy your event while we run the show.

Average Investment: $1,500–$4,000 (per day, depending on event size and staffing needs)


✦ Post-Event Support

Need a recap video? Press release? Social content to keep the momentum going? We’ll help you leverage the success of your event long after the doors close.

Average Investment: $1,000–$3,000 (based on deliverables)


Full-Service Packages

For clients who want end-to-end support, we create bundled solutions.

  • Essentials Package (Strategy + Coordination + Onsite): $5,000–$8,000

  • Signature Package (Strategy + Branding + Promotion + Onsite): $8,000–$12,000
